Payment Policy

This policy explains how payments, refunds and related charges are handled for tour bookings. By booking with us you agree to these terms.

Accepted payment methods

  • Major credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank transfer / wire
  • Online wallets and payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
  • In-person card/cash payments at our office where available

Some methods may incur additional processing fees applied by the payment provider.

Payment schedule

  • Deposit required to confirm most bookings (typically 20–30% of total).
  • Remaining balance due no later than 14–30 days before departure (varies by tour).
  • Full payment required at time of booking for last-minute bookings or special offers.

If a balance is not received by the due date we may cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees.

Cancellations & refunds

  • Refunds depend on the tour's cancellation terms — refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees may apply and increase closer to the departure date.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after reconciliation and typically take 7–21 business days.

Refund processing times are subject to the issuing bank or payment provider.

Pricing, taxes & extra fees

  • Prices shown include listed inclusions; local taxes and government fees may apply.
  • Currency conversions for card payments are performed by your bank and may include foreign‑exchange fees.
  • Service or booking fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Security & data handling

All online payments are processed through PCI‑compliant third‑party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment pages are encrypted (HTTPS).

Invoices & receipts

A confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed after each successful payment. You can also download invoices from your account dashboard.

Changes & upgrades

Changes to bookings may require payment of any applicable price difference and additional amendment fees. Availability is subject to confirmation.

Questions or disputes

If you have questions about a charge or need help with refunds, contact our support team with your booking reference and payment receipts. Before filing a chargeback, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
