A veritable house of nature tuck away in the north eastern tip of India, it’s a beautiful  lesser known places with rich in culture and nature encircled in three sides by Bhutan, china, Myanmar, and own Indian states by Assam and Nagaland. Arunachal is one of the biggest states of north east India covering an area of 84000sq.km. With most of the area is covered by lush green forest  which is home for more than 500 varieties of wild orchids, the state is home to at least 26 major and sub tribes, each with its tradition and customs.

Tawang, hill resort of Arunachal at the height of 10000ft, is a dream holiday destination. During the month of Oct every year Buddha mahotsava showcase the tradition and culture of the Monpa tribe with traditional and modern events. Tawang monastery the legendary 17th century is about 115ft long and 80 feet wide and houses valuable antiquities and a library for the visitors.

Arunachal:- Need to send the visa copy and passport copy 15 days before hand to obtain ILP.
Nagaland: No need any ILP for foreigners, we only have to send copy to FRO, within 24hrs of arrival in NAGALAND.
Arrived Guhwati airport (Assam) from Bagdogra or Kolkata, and overnight in Guwhati, this is a big city and one of the biggest of the entire north east india.
Today Guhwati to Nemeri or Balukpong, drive 4hrs and overnight in eco-camp, on the way we will cross endless paddy fields of Assam state, as they grow twice a year.
Nemeri to Dhirang:- 5-6hrs drive with scenic and many stoppages, we will cross Bomdila one of the 2nd largest district ofWest- Kemeng, lunch hee and then to Dhirang, for the night, Dhirang is famous for Kiwi orchards and some beautiful valleys and silent rivers to visit,
Dhirang to Tawang: Today we will drive toTawang the roads are similar to driving to north Sikkim, we will cross sela pass one of the highest pass in Arunachal, it is about 14000ft, above sea level. By evening we reached Tawang, a town with all budhist architect with a huge monastery background.
Tawang:- Full day sightseeing, Tawang monastery, nunnery, and 6th Dalai home , now a monument , and if time permits we will visit local home.
After b/fast today we will drive back to Bomdila, for the night we will be driving almost whole day, upon reaching Bomdila we will stay overnight in guest house of one of the Rimpochie, who has got 14room guest house overlooking the bomdila valley, or we stay in the hotel as there are only two big hotels in Bomdila.
Bomdila-Kaziranga: Today after b/fast and visiting the monastery we drive down to kaziranga, 5hrs, once we catch national highway 37 after balokpong the drive on two lane in the mid of jungle is relaxing and one can expect many wild life on the way, upon reaching KAZIRANGA , We check inn to one of the resort, Assam also has got many handicrafts ,
Visit national park, and later half day visit handicrafts, and rest.
Drive back to Guhwati 3-4hrs, the roads are good and smooth, on arrival check into hotel and visit town or go for river cruise. (Or today we can extend another two or three days to NAGALAND, one of the most interesting states with Tribal culture).
Flight back.
